Working and training from home!

        I am looking for agents that can own it!

You must enjoy helping customer with any issue that you are train for by your instructor, for better service and happy customer.

Work from home within each contract agreement you can chose your own hours for training and your hours to work Monday to Sunday.

You are the voice of each organization and clients. You are highly valued as our customer’s primary point of contact, and you must love and care about helping others, with their needs and concerns. The Customer Service Experience or Skills is required, exceeding expectations for all contracts. You are a listener, problem solver and believe in quality. You enjoy being on the phone and customers hear your smile as you patiently help them find resolution.

  Handle in-bound calls from our customers by researching and resolving loan level inquiries in hazard insurance, mortgage banking and property loss.

•             This role requires listening to our customer’s concerns and showing empathy while resolving their issue. (this is a plus, and so important, this will lock in your contract.

•             Because, every need from each customer will be different, as an owner of your own work from home business. Each contract expects you to take the initiative to truly understand our customers current challenges, solve them, and use your expertise to proactively help them avoid future challenges.

•             You may be asked to participate in special projects, assume new responsibilities, and adjust priorities as requested. This will come once you are notice by the contractor, for a job well done they will offer you a position.

•             A robust training that each agent must paid out of pocket, this will allow you to receive your Certification to work on the company platform. Each contract amount is a different fee, this fee come from the contract company. You will receive in return an environment that enables you to learn the business, the systems, policies and most importantly how to effectively engage and resolve customer challenges. Training will be a combination of classroom, online and side-by-side observations from your instructor. Your instructor is there to help you understand what each company need from you has an agent. This include your Final test and lots of help from your instructor that will make sure you will have all your tools you need to pass the final test for your certification.

·  2-3 sentence summary of your experience as it relates to this role

·  Six months or more inbound customer service skills

·  People person skills a must

·  Can work 30 hours or more

·  Must be able to start training ASAP for November Classes

To get started you will need: 1. landline phone is for security by Duo, to protect the company’s customers personal information; 2. computer or lap tops 4 mb, a must, this allow you to work for each contractor; 3. Internet, and just like that you will own your own business. The only out of pocket is paying for your training after training you will receive your certification to work on each contractor portal. 

       Monday to Friday

·  9:00am – 3 slots

·  10:00am – 3 slots

·  11:00am – 3 slots

·  1:00pm – 3 slots

·  2:00pm – 3 slots
